How do i get rid of these items on my myspace page?

I'm trying to get rid of the menu bar at the top, and the schools that are showing behind my image and menu.

Any ideas what code im missing?

First off, nice page. A good work in progress. I'm assuming you've put in a DIV overlay? I did this a few days ago with horrible results. One thing that helped was to change the height/width of the page.

Go back into the 'edit your profile' section. Depending on the layout code, the height and/or width of the page *should* be towards the top. If it says something like: 800, change it to 900. Save, refresh, go look. Do the same with the width if needed.

As for covering the top menu, I'm not sure; I *think* the only way to do that is to code your layout so that it begins a line or two further down, but I'm not sure exactly how to do that. Can you put simple %26lt;br%26gt; codes before the text starts? I don't think so, in CSS coding. But I could be wrong!

Also, have you tried REMOVING your schools? Go in to edit your profile and take them out. Good luck!
