I would go for it. I don't get why people think it is so awful to go one or two years younger in middle and high school. If you like him go for it!

he's not "in love" with you, obviously, but also, obviously, u occupy his mind quite a lot, so i say go for it. it's the best case scenario.

no sex pressure. no social embarrassment and overexposure. and he cares deeply for u so he won't scre;w u over.he'll end up worshiping u. older guys tend to use younger girls and move on.

2 years is a huge difference when u're 14, but at the same time, it will give you confidence in the relationship.

I think that at 12 us boys get very confused what love actually is, I definitely think he has a crush on you and likes you very much, however there's no harm in being friends, but you have to tell him that friendship is all that you want if you don't want to go out with him on a date, sometimes for a boy of 12, just to be friends can sometimes be enough. If you do like him you may even suggest being friend first and seeing how things go, it's unfortunately all part of growing up!
