what the hecka? if you want make youre own top friends you gogta go to youre profile scroll down til you see a list say all friends. then click that there are alll youre friends thats has a red box around them you can change them around by draging them . if the person doesant have myspace accounts then you cant add them onto yur profile. cause he or she had deleted their profiles accounts .
