Well, I have this friend and like he use to be one of my bestfriends. Well we kinda grew apart after he started dating this girl who like hated me. Well when they broke up he started talking to me. Well yesterday I found out tht he didn't want me to go to our other friends birthday party. I got invited and so did he, but he asked her if she could not invite me. This was even before he started going out with thee girl I don't like.

I thought we were friends, why would he say tht? Sometimes I can tell he doesn't really want to be friends with me, he took me off his myspace top, after I was third! I got mad at him, he doesn't even know why I'm mad yet, and he got mad at me because I'm mad at him.

To me, if he is going to say tht he didn't want me to go to our friends birthday party, then he doesn't want to be around me, so then he doesn't want to be friends. Right?

Well her party was like 3 months ago. Should I just let it go? Is it worth getting mad over? Or is it too late?

I think you should tell him.... thats not cool. but dont let it get to you.... its not worth your worries. And its not too late. And he probabaly does want to be friends but there mightta been other things at the party and he didnt want any distractions. idk jsut thinking

Really, I like that you should end your friendship. Sorry this is rude but in this situation I think that its the only way after what he did to you.

You don't know for sure that he said he didn't want you at the party - it could just be an ugly rumor someone started. You went, you had fun - it's ancient history. Drop it.

Now here is where I'm going to get a little 'tude on you - grow up about the myspace thing. You do not need to be so incredibly immature that you base how you feel about someone by your rank on their "friend" list - that is just, in a word - pathetic.

He is still your friend, but if I were him, and found out how insecure and immature you were being - I'd have 2nd thoughts on the friendship. So if you want to still be his friend - stop being so hyper-sensative.
